I've always been curious about how things work and how they could work better. That curiosity has shaped my career across business intelligence, operations, revenue strategy, and business transformation. Along the way, I've learned that understanding a problem is often just as important as solving it.
I enjoy learning new things, whether it's technology, programming, leadership, or something completely unrelated to work. I'm always looking to expand my knowledge, but what motivates me most is finding practical ways to apply what I've learned and seeing the results.
When approaching a business challenge, I start by talking to the people closest to the work. I ask questions, listen to different perspectives, and work to understand the bigger picture. From there, I examine the data, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for improvement. Sometimes the answer is technology. Sometimes it's a process change. And sometimes it's simply getting people aligned.
As a leader, I believe in giving people the trust, support, and ownership to succeed. I welcome different perspectives and don't expect to have all the answers. I'm willing to change direction when someone brings a better approach, but I also recognize that progress requires decisions. I've learned that making a well-informed decision and adjusting along the way is often better than waiting for perfect information.
Outside of work, I enjoy live music, playing guitar, and building technology projects. I appreciate having interests that keep me learning, experimenting, and exploring new ideas.
